The cost of content creation is 10 cents per word, including a call to action and cover photo. Your blog will be available to you in finished form, ready for you to publish or schedule.
Because I already have administrative access to The Offer Company website, I can create your copy, with you as author, conveniently within The Offer Company WordPress site, where you will be able to access it when you are ready to publish. That saves you time on marketing so you can devote more time to your clients and prospects.
Unless you request otherwise, each of your blogs will be a minimum of 300 words and a maximum of 400 words. The length will vary for each blog, but will remain within those parameters. This allows you to budget $30 to $40 per blog in determining how frequently you want to buy content.
I will cover a variety of topics of interest to sellers and buyers, as well as topics of general interest to homeowners. Specific topic requests can be met, but will incur a premium of an additional 2 cents per word. If you would also like to include community-based general content, you will have the opportunity to request this when you receive your blogging services agreement after you have made your request for services.
No, you are paying for content creation that will be unique to you for your individual website. This is a premium service compared to many other content creation services available at this price point. While obviously there will be crossover of real estate topics in general, each blog is individually created for each participating agent.
Once you have submitted your request for blogging services through this site, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email. Within 48 hours, you will then receive further instructions via email on how to get started, including a services agreement for your review and signature. Your service agreement will spell out blog length, your desired frequency and the payment process.
There is no minimum number of blogs required under the agreement for blog services.
Payment is due upon receipt and should be made through PayPal to LexingtonBusinessMedia@gmail.com. Your invoice will include an online payment button. You can also pay through the payment button at the bottom of this page. Agents who do not wish to pay via PayPal can inquire about alternative means of payment. You will be provided a receipt once your payment is made. Late fees are incurred if payment is not made within 7 days of your invoice. Penalties for late payments are spelled out in your agreement for services.
Yes, the rights to your content belong to you. You may use the content in other areas of your marketing as you see fit.
